HOW DO YOU TAKE THE PRODUCTS?
The Vita-Sea is 4 Capsules per day, and should be taken with up to 1 Liter of water for ideal absorption.
The Ital Detox Tea is meant to add 2 TSP to about 1 Liter of boiling water, then strain and serve.
WHAT TIMES ARE BEST TO TAKE THE PRODUCTS?
It is recommended that you take the products in the mornings (AM) for best results. If on an empty stomach, even better!
